Our Services

Our programs are exciting and effective. Our group classes are motivating and fun! All of our workouts are expertly designed to ensure safety and efficacy and they’re led by the most experienced and knowledgeable coaches. No matter your fitness level, we have the class for you!

  • Free Intro Session

    Get a little taste of CrossFit and high-intensity functional fitness at your free Intro Session! Spend an hour one-on-one with one of our knowledgeable coaches, receive a tour and a movement assessment, and go into a fun workout! Every movement will be tailored to meet your individual needs by our professional coaches, so no matter what your fitness level, come in and have some fun!

  • Private Foundations

    Our Foundations program is a 4-day course dedicated to our newest members. It’s an informational and instructional program designed for anyone trying CrossFit for the first time. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It’s a great way to start your CrossFit journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because the Foundations program is private or semi-private, the coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • Level Up-Advanced CrossFit Class

    Whether you are looking to compete in a CrossFit competition or just looking for more advanced work this class is for you. Level Up training goes beyond the regular class adding in more skill and volume for the seasoned athlete. Before attending this class, athletes must be proficient in the Foundations of CrossFit. This class is fast paced and assumes the athlete has mastered basic movements integral to crossfit training. If you have questions, see Coach Ben.

  • Open Gym

    Miss a workout, looking to work some skills, or schedule too hectic to make regular classes? Open gym gives you the flexibility to get your workouts in, your way. Open gym is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 am – 12:30 pm, and Sundays 12 – 2 pm

  • CrossFit Strongman Class

    This class requires an Ultimate membership. CrossFit St. Charles’ Strongman class is fun and different! If you like to mix it up a bit and try something new, this class is for you. Traditional Strongman and CrossFit both train to move heavy loads quickly. Strongman changes up our usual CrossFit training by incorporating odd objects that often better translates to real life, like carrying groceries, moving furniture, pushing your children in a stroller, or carrying a keg into your next big party. It improves strength, speed, and coordination in moving objects other than a neat, shiny barbell. Get down and dirty and have some fun dragging sleds, carrying yokes, throwing stones over your shoulder, and get strong and lean doing it!

  • Sunday Fundays

    This class is relaxed and fun. The workouts focus on team skills. It begins with a group warm-up, technique practice and WOD (Workout Of the Day). These workouts tend to be a little longer and the class may take up to 90 minutes. The class usually ends with coffee at a local coffee shop with the coaches! When you have a little extra time to workout and enjoy the company of your teammates, this class is for you.

  • White Light Olympic Weightlifting

    This class is a lifting session programmed by one of our Weightlifting coaches. Designed for the intermediate and advanced athlete, this class has a little less structure than the beginner class. The coach will help each athlete improve their skills and provide teaching moments for the entire class. This class is for the athlete who understands and can execute the lifts with general proficiency. This class requires an Ultimate membership.

  • Beginner Olympic Weightlifting

    This class is meant for the athlete new to Olympic Weightlifting. The athlete will learn basic drills in skills of the Clean and Jerk and Snatch. All levels of athletes are welcome to this class. Our Beginner Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport. This class requires an Ultimate membership.

  • Private Training

    Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide. Each session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those minutes.

  • Raise Your Game

    Our RYG program is designed for kids ages 7 and up, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youth athletes are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. The functional movements utilize exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play–pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit trainers.

    This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships. RYG is led by Kyle Kellis, certified CrossFit Trainer.

  • Youth Strength Training

    YST is an advanced program is for designed for high school students looking to learn proper weightlifting technique. Perfect for athletes of any sport, students can train during their off season in order to gain strength and mobility and performance. This is also a perfect time to rehab sports related injuries and gain the strength to prevent future injuries. If your child is serious about their sport, participating in off-season strength and conditioning is encouraged to prevent injuries that may have long term affects that potentially continue into adulthood.

    YST meets twice a week with required homework. YST athletes are given individualized programming that is challenging and appropriate for their skill level. These sessions meet Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm.
